A lovely little house right in the centre of Binbrook. The village centre s a good base for exploring the Lincolnshire wolds. We were only there for a night but it was clean and comfy. There is a village shop and Chinese take away a very short walk away. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely place to stay the only two things that let it’s down a little was the full bin in the back garden which is right next to the kitchen and smelt and the dishwasher also had an odour so we weren’t able to use it incase it made the whole place smell. Property could benefit from air fresheners etc. host was amazing and very helpful, the location was amazing, and the beds were really comfy.
