Kimberly was responsive to questions and/or issues we had. However, this is the first time I've been at an Airbnb with a kitchen lacking in simple amenities like plastic wrap or foil. The description of the listing included a charcoal grill and listed charcoal. When I asked about that, I was told the host wasn't sure if previous guests had left charcoal. The back deck was covered in old pine needles, etc, and the deck wasn't in great shape, either - definitely not ready for relaxing, as described in the listing. Several spots throughout the home obviously needed repairs, and for the price we paid, I expected a fully equipped kitchen, with full dishes/utensils/pans in addition to foil/plastic wrap, and even an additional trash bag or two (we were literally left a single trash bag).
