My passion for cooking stems from me getting out of the Marines and taking a risk in the culinary arts. I remember the simplicities of potatoes the cooks would make in the Marines and the smiles it brought everyone. Something so simple that everyone enjoyed and brought such joy. It gave me a want and reason to make food for the purpose to make people happy. I cook to bring joy and happiness to anyone I cook for. Semper Fi!
