Jeremie’s flat is a dream. This is one of the most romantic places we ever stayed in. It has an incredible parisian charm to it and breathtaking views. It is very cosy and had everything we needed for a weekend in Paris. We knew that we will have to climb 7 floors to get to the apartment but it kept us in good health and fitness after all the delicious food we had :) Jeremie is also very friendly and met us for a check in to show how everything works in the apartment. He was responsive and ready to answer any questions and give recommendations. If you are not afraid to walk up, then do not hesitate to book this place for a memorable stay in Paris and photographs that you would want to share with everyone afterwards.

If you’re looking for a calm yet well situated Airbnb for a few visitors, look no further. David is responsive, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful. He made our stay in Paris very easy. He was kind enough to leave us a list of recommendations in the area. It is also a great plus being able to sip coffee out the kitchen window looking out at the Eiffel Tower! The Sofa folded down into a mattress and was able to sleep our 6’6 friend comfortably!

Amazing location. Very large 2 bedroom with 2 baths across from Louvre and a beautiful park. So close to everything and Oscar the doorman was wonderful. I would 100% recommend this apartment!

This apartment was the cutest place to stay at for anyone visiting the first time in Paris! It’s in a family friendly neighborhood and the building is extremely secure. Eiffel Tower is only a 10 minute walk away and there are so many different cafes and restaurants nearby. Everything from our booking, to our check in and check out was easy with Sophie! She is the absolute sweetest host and is very accommodating, considering we were a few hours late from our initial check in because of flight delays. The apartment has everything you need and the balcony is the biggest highlight! Watching the Tower sparkle every night was truly magical. We hope to be back! Thank you Sophie!

Stay was fantastic and Martin was very responsive and sent clear and detailed step by step instructions that made check in and out super easy. The location was phenomenal and an easy walk to many popular sites like Notre Dame, the Louvre, tons of shopping…etc. The only thing we wished we would’ve understood prior to booking was there was no laundry inside the unit-it’s a community laundry that is accessible but we weren’t able to use it because someone else was always using it.

One of the best Airbnb’s that we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect for our family! We loved staying in the 16th & enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping. The views were the best in Paris! We loved being on the Seine River and seeing the prefect, unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower! We used all of the balconies. Helene was a great host. She provided details on both arrival and departure. We enjoyed her hospitality with leaving us some stocked items in the kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone! This apartment was truly special—an unforgettable Parisian experience! We felt so lucky to spend a few days here and live like true Parisiens. The decor was chic and comfortable, filled with fantastic art, an impressive movie collection, and a well-stocked library. There was endless storage and plenty of space for our group of six adults to relax and unwind. The private hot tub, sauna, and hammam were absolute luxuries after long days of exploring the city. The location was unbeatable—restaurants, shopping, and train stations were just outside the door, and I loved starting each day with a visit to Black Bird coffee. Lucie and Sébastien were fabulous communicators. The apartment even had QR codes to help us navigate the features like the skylights and hammam, which was such a thoughtful touch. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the entire space was beautifully maintained. Everything was perfect. We can’t wait to return!

I stayed for a month at Elodie’s apartment. She stocked the refrigerator with my favorites before I arrived. I totally enjoyed my stay as it is a block away from 2 metros, several eating spots and a Gifu across the street. The views every morning were just spectacular as was the night view of Sacre Cour turned green for StPatricks Day! Elodie is special and very kind. I loved my stay in Paris and I loved Elodies place.

I was here for one month and very happy, especially with the view of the trees and Les Invalides across the street. But also the apartment is very comfortable with large windows and a lot of light. It had everything I needed. The bed linens and towels were good quality with NO bad perfume/detergent smell. (I always mention this in reveiws, because I have had to wash linens in some places.) Medhi met me and helped me with luggage and moving in. He was always available to assist with anything. The neighborhood is affluent but with plenty of reasonably priced places to have coffee, eat, shop, etc. Being close to the river was great. Peaceful location at night. Very safe. The metro is close and easy and goes everywhere. I can not comment on the value, because I haven't compared it to other airbnbs. Excellent place from which to explore Paris.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable chez Frederic, l'appartement est à 5 minutes à pieds d'une gare, avec des trains tout les 15 mins pour Paris en 2 stations. Tout près de la Défense. Le quartier est très calme, très arboré, avec une superette à 10 mins à pied. Frederic a été joignable et disponible à tout moment en cas de besoin. J'ai adoré le petit jardin privatif. L'appartement est spacieux et idéale pour 3 a 4 personnes, mon séjour a été parfait et Frederic a été très gentil, encore merci et à bientot j'espere.

The location is perfect for Julie's place, We can access to many different bus or metro choices within walking distance. The facility is showing a bit of age, but it's charming and clean, well worth the price. Julie is very easy to communicate, The check in and check out processes are very smooth.

This apartment was an absolute gem and I already can’t wait to be back! The space is an awesome blend of modern chicness and historic charm, and the location couldn't be better. Greg was incredibly attentive, easy and accommodating. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

I highly recommend this apartment for an authentic Parisian stay! Our family loved the walkable area with so many excellent choices for shopping, eating, and taking in the charming neighborhood (with a metro stop just a short walk away). The location is excellent and the apartment itself is so beautiful with huge windows and lots of light and fresh air. Our group of 4 was very comfortable and the place had all of the amenities and items we could need (extra towels, clothes washer, etc.). Dominique was also so sweet and thoughtful with her personalized recommendations and was extremely communicative and responsive. A heads up for American travelers, bathroom descriptors are different in Europe so while there are 2 large nice rooms with full showers and sinks, there is only one toilet in a separate small room. But it worked fine for our group. Thank you again, Dominique!

Fantastische plek met alles wat je nodig hebt! Echt een oase op goede afstand van de stad. Om bij te kunnen komen van de drukke stad is dit echt een aanrader Het zwembad en de tuin is heerlijk en het huis is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Mooi gelegen aan de rand van het bos.

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We had a great stay here with our 7 year old. The pool was a great bonus for kids with the busy days. It was quiet, extremely close to the metro, and safe. Stephanie is a very friendly host too.

Our stay at Stephanie’s was absolute magic. The apartment is extremely beautiful and homey at the same time, and it was just a pleasure spend time in it. Worth nothing is that it was spotless clean. Stephanie was the most wonderful host, always responsive, very helpful and friendly and most of all thoughtful and considerate to our needs. We traveled with 2 young kids and Stephanie suggested an abundance of fun activities and kid-friendly places to eat. She put a lot of thought in her suggestions and I have to say that all her recommendations were great! It was truly a special visit and I cannot recommend this stay highly enough- it was perfect!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful and offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of Paris. Tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, it truly felt like our own private sanctuary—calm, cozy, and relaxing. After spending our days exploring the city on foot, coming back to unwind in the hot tub was an incredible treat and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. The apartment was well-appointed with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated having access to laundry facilities, which made our trip so much more comfortable and convenient. The space was immaculately clean, thoughtfully arranged, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. Francois was a fantastic host: warm, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He made us feel right at home and was full of helpful tips and local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to return the next time
