Great place and great host

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at Liz's house. She has been very kind and really helped us enjoy our stay at her place. House was clean, communication fluent and the garden is amazing. Our kids loved playing the toys in the house

A great home in a great location for london. We stayed with small children for 2 weeks and the home was perfectly set up for our family with toys, a safety gate, cot, bath and washing machine. The local parks and commons were fantastic. François was a very attentive and generous host, giving us lots of information and responding quickly and thoroughly to any queries. We felt very welcomed and at home.

Violeta was wonderful. We had a good contact and she offered lots of things proactive. Her flat was very nice, some minor repairs might be helpful in the future but everything worked out. For us - one adult and two kids - the flat was more than big enough and everything you need was there. The flat was quiet and bus and grocery store was relatively near by. About 15min walk to the underground or 5min walk to the bus and 5min drive by bus to the underground. I would go back there any time

Beautiful home and a lovely stay. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities provided, TV with various subscriptions, a cosy bedroom and access to the garden and fields. Very good communication with the hosts and easy check in. A lovely touch was fresh eggs provided and milk in the fridge to help myself to. I was cycling and this was a perfect country stay to rest and recover. 5* :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

Roomy, art-filled flat on a quiet, family-friendly street in Kensal Green. Great kitchen with quality pots and pans, super well stocked for cooking. Comfy upstairs kids’ room and three bathrooms (upstairs, hall, and en suite) made for an easy, relaxed stay. Clean, with a good shower and thoughtful touches. Great coffee table books and fun art throughout. Easy walk to markets, a sweet local library, playgrounds nearby, and the Kensal Green tube (7 mins). About a 20-min walk to Queen’s Park and a quick bus to Portobello/Notting Hill. Quentin was warm and helpful, met us on arrival, stocked basics like eggs, bread, and cereal, and shared great local tips including where to walk, eat, and how to get to Heathrow. He reached out during our stay. Flexible with luggage drop-off, though we didn’t need it. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Highly recommend!

Booked to stay here as we were doing the london DGR ride and needed some with ample parking for two vehicles with motorbikes . Good size drive accomodated this . The bungalow is situated at the rear of the property with its own pathway. Very quiet at night . Easy walking distance to the local train station approx 5 mins. Walking distance also to a local retail park/supermarket if needed. Local Pub within 3 mins up the road and a local takeaway.all in all it ticked the boxes of what we needed for a three night stay. Would be happy to stay here again .

We stayed at The Twig whilst visiting family in the area and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The cottage was spacious, clean and the animals were an added bonus especially for our 3 year old daughter. We will definitely be back when next visiting the area, thank you!

Brilliant location, homely feel and a host that couldn’t have provided for us. From a complimentary breakfast selection of pasty’s, eggs and cereals to a written booklet of places to eat / drink / party in the evening only in a less then 10 minute taxi drive away. Beautiful surrounding scenery with friendly local pubs… Can’t recommend enough.

Such a lovely home, we didn't want to leave! Hosts were excellent communicators and also very warm and kind people. Loved our walks along the canal and peaceful surroundings. We will be back!
