This first-floor apartment has a modern vibe with artwork from local artists. I pay attention to details such as cleanliness, local coffee and Brooklinen linens and towels. Bathroom Newly Renovated 2023. TV is Roku Off-street parking included. One bedroom w/a queen and a queen sleeper-sofa. This is a non-smoking and non-vaping space. No pets.

The unit is cozy and quiet tucked at the rear of the building on the first floor. There are privacy/light block shades for your convenience. I have a very eclectic and unique style that many people enjoy. There’s a bit of an Egyptian theme in the apartment now but it will always be changing. I like to promote friends’ art work and I will always have live plants to keep the air fresh. ***Pet fee is per pet per stay*** Reservation form is incorrect.
