Direct access to the beach & under-cliff walk below. Super king-size bed, media wall with 65-inch TV & cosy electric fire, big shower with feature wall & underfloor heating, contemporary art, Nespresso coffee machine, free parking. 15 minutes to Brighton by car or a scenic 20 minute bus. Bus stop is a 1 minute walk, arrivals every 10 minutes.

Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Woodlands cabin is set in a peaceful garden surrounded by conifer trees and singing birds with a private and secluded patio area.The cabin is adjacent to the property but still maintains its privacy. The Cabin is a relaxing space positioned on the edge of the south downs where you will find an abundance of scenic walks, a forest and bathing beaches with spectacular sunsets nearby. The Seven Sisters Cliff tops are just a 15 minute walk away tourist spots. One well behaved dog is welcome £10

Snug Victorian Cottage in Heart of Alfriston Village

My house has been described as light and "cosy". It is filled with books, art and interesting things - it is very much a home from home, and not a holiday let. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny flint walled garden. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, lots of choices of where to eat. Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.

Snuggle up by the log burner whilst looking out at our peaceful lake, surrounded by ancient woodland. A private couples’ retreat for relaxing, unwinding, and sharing magical moments in nature. If you can pull yourselves away from your woodland hideaway, the lovely village of East Hoathly isn’t far, with a cozy café, village shop, and friendly local pub to explore.

Escape the Christmas chaos and unwind in the cozy comfort of our houseboat, festively decorated in December. A romantic retreat for two floating on our peaceful one-acre lake in East Hoathly. Relax by the cosy log burner, cook in the fully fitted kitchen, and wake in a lake-view bedroom where nature’s magic surrounds you. Step outside to gentle ripples and wildlife, or visit East Hoathly with its village pub, café, and shop just minutes away when you can pull yourselves away.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Garden Lodge is situated just off the South Downs Way on the edge of Alfriston village. Sited in the back garden of the main house there is access to a private patio area and to the garden. There is farm land bordering the property with views to the Downs. Numerous pubs, hotels and shops are just five minutes walk away in the village centre. It is very dark here at night so if you are not accustomed to it, think about bringing a torch.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
