Airfryer. 2 pits Inductiekookplaat. Nespresso koffieapparaat. Fijne bedden en prettige (regen) douche wastafel met opberglades. LET OP! De bovenverdieping / slaapgedeelte heeft geen trap hek en raden we aan om hier geen kleine kinderen te laten verblijven.

Light studio appartement with sunny garden. The neighbourhood is known for it's many artists and has a very old (1800's) centre. The Maastunnel will take you 10 minutes on bicycle to historic Delfshaven and 15 minutes to the city centre of Rotterdam. Take the Ferry to Katendrecht (6 minutes) and you will find yourself in the urban industrial part of the city with many restaurants & bars. Genieten van een huisje met omheinde tuin. Jullie verblijven in ons mooie huisje in industriële stijl met tuinkamer en een 5-persoons jacuzzi. In de tuin staat de barrelsauna met buitendouche. Er liggen grote badlakens en badjassen klaar. De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. Bij aankomst betalen Uw hond is welkom, deze kost € 20 per nacht extra

Het appartement is een comfortabele en aangename ruimte die u uitnodigt om te ontspannen en tot rust te komen na een dag vol activiteiten in de stad. Het is gelegen in het zuiden van de stad en de straat heeft toegang tot de bus, de tram en fietsverhuur, waardoor mobiliteit gemakkelijk overal in de stad en de omgeving beschikbaar is. In 15 minuten bent u met het openbaar vervoer op het strand of centrum, ook loopt u in 20 minuten naar parken waar u heerlijk kunt genieten van de natuur.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

On this authentic boat you can live like a Rotterdammer, on a fantastic location right in the center of the city. The apartment on the Animathor has been completely renovated, but is still very much a boat. Your apartment is in the front of the ship. It has a private entrance, kitchen, a deck terrace and a fantastic view. The boat has three levels, there is a salon, a bedroom and bathroom below and a roof terrace on the top deck. You can reach the boat by an easy gangway.
