Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

It is approximately 1 mile from Hemyock at the veryend of a no-through road, no passing cars, lots of wildlife, dark skies and footpaths from your door. Relax in the hot tub spa after a busy day or share a drink on the tree deck built into a 400 year old Oak tree. Cook in a fully equipped kitchen or enjoy the rain whilst sat in a rocking chair. Snooze in a hammock and then relax in front of a film before heading to a comfy king size bed.

Otters Holt: Dog friendly loft in converted barn

Unwind in the beautiful Somerset countryside. Set within a wing of this historic medieval stone Manor House, Otters Holt at Chipley Escapes is on the first floor and accessed via its own private entrance and staircase. The two bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard and includes log burner, Smart TV and a well equipped kitchen comprising oven and grill, induction hob and fridge. The dining table converts to a workstation and the contemporary bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Culmstock Shepherd's Hut

A quiet place, with basic washing facilities & camping toilet. Bathroom, with shower usually available between 8am - 8pm. We offer various amenities, including a barbecue & hammock. There is a small wood burning stove, a double bed and sofa/seating area, & a fridge in the hut. Tea/coffee available. Wifi is okay, but we cannot guarantee it will be available 24/7. Also, although we love children & dogs, it really is not suitable for them as it would be too cramped, perfect for 2 adults!

The Barn is a recent conversion which has been finished exceptionally and includes exposed oak beans, flagstone floors, modern appliances and a wood burner. This is perfect accommodation for those that enjoy the countryside.
