Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

A beautiful, stylish family & dog friendly cottage, complete with parking for 3 cars + in the heart of Mumbles village. Just a few minutes walk to the seafront and all the restaurants, shops, bars & cafes. An independant coffee shop is on the doorstep, 2 welcoming local pubs are also nearby. The iconic Mumbles Pier, Langland & Rotherslade Bay are within walking distance, and a short drive is Caswell Bay and the Gower Peninsula. A fab base if you want to stay local and enjoy Mumbles or GOWER

The Shack- Quirky & Coastal ( nr cliff-top path)

The Shack - a renovated hundred year old chalet on a quiet lane close to Mumbles cricket club, 100 m away from the cliff top path that goes from Limeslade beach to Langland Bay. It is a lovely, beachy, quirky, coastal space that is perfect on the inside and work-in-progress on the outside!! A great base for Mumbles and The Gower. With a kingsize bed covered in base price we can also sleep two others - in the second bedroom -on a comfy pull-out daybed (an extra charge of £ 10 guest/night).

There is a large modern walk-in shower and comfortable kitchen lounge / living space. There is easy and safe parking directly opposite the property. Very close to the Welsh Coastal paths offering a unique access point some short distance away to allow fabulous walks to the nearby Langland Bay with its wonderful views and eating places.

One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.

There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.
