The house is filled with original art, pop decor and features a 3 meter long sliding glass door onto a balcony with river views. The private rooftop offers 280 degree views of Ayamonte, the Guadiana River and Portugal plus a pergola, fantastic chill out lounge, BBQ, outdoor shower and lounge chairs. Spacious well appointed modern 3 bedroom detached villa located within the orange grove region of the Algarve, 8 mins drive from Silves and 15 km from the coast. The villa has a large pool, countryside views , south facing sun terrace and covered outdoor dining area complete with bbq and outdoor kitchen. There is a large light and airy open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto the pool terrace, along with three spacious double bedrooms, with two en-suite and a shower room.

Hier machst du Urlaub fernab der herkömmlichen Zivilisation. Du bist in einem kleinen Gästehaus auf unserem Hof der mitten in der Natur liegt, freust dich über die zahlreichen Katzen, die Hündin und auch die Hühner neben dem Gästehaus, die sowohl kuscheln können, als auch Eier für dein Frühstück legen. Am Abend kannst du dich bei einem Glas bestem portugiesischen Wein auf die Terrasse setzen, den unglaublichen Sonnenuntergang bewundern und etwas später die unzähligen Sterne über dir zählen.

Localizada na aldeia de Alte, uma das aldeias mais típicas do Algarve. A aldeia está situada no Barrocal Algarvio, com fáceis acessos, a 25min da praia e a 10min do acesso da Autoestrada A2. Ideal para descansar e conhecer um outro lado do Algarve. A Casa Barroca está localizada no centro da aldeia de Alte, em zona tranquila, com fácil estacionamento e próxima de cafés, restaurantes e mercado. A casa, dividida por 3 pisos, foi recentemente remodelada e está completamente equipada.

Aquí podrás disfrutar de unas puestas de sol únicas, puesto que es el último lugar de España donde se pone. Disfrutar de una rica gastronomía tanto local cómo en el país vecino de Portugal, al cuál podemos llegar en coche o dar un bonito paseo en el ferry que cruza el Guadiana. Dar un paseo por las calles de Ayamonte y ver el encanto de su arquitectura y además de todo esto pasear por los kilómetros de arena y dunas de las playas vírgenes de Isla Canela y Punta de Moral.

A sua família ficará perto de tudo quando ficar neste apartamento totalmente remodelado de localização central. Supermercado, talho, farmácia, lojas e restaurantes podem ser encontrados ao longo do mesmo percurso. É possível fazer caminhadas desde a Ria Formosa até à aldeia de Cacela Velha.
