Deze prachtige rustige accommodatie ligt pal voor een park. U heeft eigen opgang en prive tuin / terras die afgesloten is. Castricum aan zee is rijk aan wandel en fiets routes in de duinen, bossen en bollenvelden. En ons Noordzee strand is per fiets prima bereikbaar. Ook heeft het een trein station met Intercity aansluiting. Alkmaar en Centraal Amsterdam is 20 minuutjes. Cafés en restaurants zijn ruim aanwezig in het mooie Castricum. Een groot winkelcentrum en supermarkten zijn 7 dagen open.

Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Loft in oude Brandweerkazerne van Wijk aan Zee

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.
