Situated in Wellswood Village with its quaint shops and pub the Cottage also has direct access onto the Southwest coastal path and is a 7 minute walk to the beautiful Anstey's Cove. Willows Retreat is situated in the grounds of our house, has its own private pattio area and hot tub, (TUB NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN) in a quiet cul de sac. Dogs welcome. (1) Parking allocated to you on drive. A few minutes walk from the beach, local shops, pub and peacefull park with lovely walks nearby. Town is just down the road. Many attractions close by including velo track, water park, lesiure centre, zoo, cinema, bumper boats, driving range golf course. Steam train, harbours, moors.

GULLS CRY - a recently built house in Goodrington

Gulls Cry is a recently built annexe to our family home. With 2 vaulted ceiling bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the lounge area, this property will comfortably sleep 6. It has an open plan area downstairs with a fitted kitchen and dining table and also an outside space for a bbq. Off street parking is available for 1 vehicle. The property is ideally located for easy access to several beaches just a 5 min walk away. It is also on a regular bus route accessing all of Torbay and Dartmouth

The Pitstop is a charming small studio room and converted garage, situated in the area of Broadsands and only a stone's throw from our coastline and beaches. We live on a lovely, quiet road. The room is fully equipped with a small kitchenette, bathroom, double bed, sofa, TV, WIFI and small secluded patio area. There is a separate entrance for our guests to make it as private as possible. Whilst not a big apartment, The Pitstop boasts everything you need for a short stay in the bay.
