Shared shower room & shared kitchen. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen . There are 3 public EV Charging points directly opposite the property.

My private home, so you are the only guest at any one time. It has 3 floors, top floor private room for guests which is accessed by two flights of stairs. 4 mins walk to high st with pubs,cafes and food store. I have a friendly cockerpoo dog Fast WiFi and work desk in room. 17 mins walk walk to train station . 15mins on train to NEC
