Upstairs, an additional bedroom contains one or two single beds. The property is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and less than a mile from Pilgrim Hospital.

We are 2 miles north-west of Boston and are 150 yds from the river Witham which is great for walking, cycling, fishing and paddleboarding.
