Situated in the most ancient neighbourhood, only to 5 minutes by walking to the beach and very close to the Club Golf de Pals (15 min by walking). You can find everything you need: supermarkets, restaurants, souvenirs... Dining room, open kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, bathroom with shower. At the entrance there is a 15m2 patio.

The Casas Buendia consist in four spacious apartments in two houses which are situated 100 meters from two beautiful sand-beaches of the Costa Brava: Platja del Racó, and Platja de l'Illa Roja. The apartment adverted here has 150 square meters , two big terraces, a nice bbq area, access to swimming pool and sauna (in total shared by 4 apartments) in a select and quiet residential area.
