This unique Air BnB is nestled in the beautiful Ouachita Mountains and is centrally located for swimming, kayaking, crystal/diamond digging, antiquing, hiking, or fishing. Just down the street is the historic Gap Mercantile, an old-time general store. Just a 2 minute walk away is the beautiful Caddo River.

This four bedroom, two bath home, has been completely remodeled from the ground up with all new everything. Amenities include a 6 person hot tub, fire pit, screened in front and back porches, fiber internet, and smart TVs in every room. A newly completed 3 acre pond is just right out the back so be sure to bring fishing poles if you’d like. Two marinas, and three boat launches just minutes away!

Outdoor charcoal grill. 2 can sleep on the Futon sofa bed. Lg walk in shower in bathroom. Upstairs has 1 queen, 2 twin beds with 1/2 bath. Outdoor charcoal grill, electric skillet & air fryer. Located on 300-acre farm on Ouachita River with easy access for floats, fishing & private hikes.

You will enjoy playing a fun game of horseshoes, Baggo, grilling or just sitting around the firepit while listening to the creek and birds.

We have a marina store with boat rental, water toys to rent or purchase. Paddle boards, Tubes, knee board, skis, wake board, and etc. I recommend to all the guest before arriving to bring your food and beverage. We are in the woods.
