The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)
