The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

When not kayaking or fishing, enjoy fun activities on the outdoor patio, dock, firepit, relax on the hammock or swim in the pond! The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. All rooms in the house have beautiful water views! One large open concept room downstairs containing living room, sitting area, kitchen, and dining table

The camp is 1,200 square feet of awesomeness! It is cozy and quaint, and equipped with beach toys, indoor games, gas grill, charcoal grill, pots & pans and all your essentials for your cooking needs. Over the course of this year, we have made plenty of improvements such as; new counter tops, new backsplash, new doors & windows and hardwood floors redone. We hope you enjoy your stay!
