Jenny’s place is great! Super clean, well labeled, lots of extras, tons of games for the kids (inside and out). Firepit was a nice bonus, great parking, clear instructions and great communication… can’t say enough about it. We hope to go back!

This was our second stay at Peggy’s property and the location is ideal for our needs. We appreciate the well equipped kitchen and bathroom, keyless entry, coffee and coffee supplies and the comfortable furniture and beds. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and has easy access to downtown and major highways. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean she had everything you need there and extra. She had extra toilet paper extra garbage bags extra towels she made everything there super easy and comfortable. Her home was very clean and neat. Lots of space and outside was even clean and beautiful! Thank you again we will definitely be back and this is our go to place!

My family and I met at Moms Retreat from different states and the home was a very comfortable place to hang out and just visit. Carole was extremely accommodating as we were there for a wedding and had many questions. I highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at William’s place. The home was very convenient, and worked well for our family. William was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had with our stay.

The house looks small but once you open the door and walk around the corner the house opens up. We had 7 families In town for my daughter’s graduation from college and it held all of us. The kids and the adults kids stayed down stairs playing on the games. We enjoyed watching the birds nest and the momma bird coming back and forth to feed them. That was sitting right outside the patio door. We spent a lot of time outside wish the fire pit was attached due to it got chilly one night. Overall the house is lovely and peaceful.

Everything was great , house was clean in peaceful neighborhood. We celebrated my Daughter’s college graduation from Dayton which was relatively close about 20-22 minutes away.

Our host was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure we felt at home. Check-in was a breeze, and we really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests' experience. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this one easily ranks at the top. We didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here when we were in Dayton for our son‘s wedding! This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed! And the Oregon historic district is perfectly charming! Can’t say enough positive things about this place! James was very communicative and we had a wonderful time!

Cozy home that smelled absolutely amazing! Better than a hotel accommodation by far and cheaper! Only thing I had an issue with was the WiFi signal, if you’re working from home and need upload speed it wasn’t the greatest! Even with that issue I’d still highly recommend!

EZ's communication/response time was great! I would stay again and highly recommend it. The only MINOR downside to the accommodation is that it is quite close to train tracks and could be a bit noisy at night.

Loved the beach house. Came here to attend a horse show at world equestrian center. The location was so convenient, but the house itself was so tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, it was a relaxing pleasure to enjoy. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you might need, recently updated. Very clean and very, very comfy. Would definitely stay here again. It’s on my favorite favorites list!

This is the second time we have rented from Heath and Trish and once again we have nothing but great things to say about them. We will continue to use them and recommend them to our friends travelling to the Wilmington area.

Once again lovely stay at the Tranquility. Location is wonderful and close to restaurants and WEC! Bed is so comfortable and much needed after a long day at the horse show. Communication was phenomenal and the place was so clean when we arrived. We had the best stay!

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

The bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. This is always a plus. This was a great place for us to stay for a college graduation weekend.

Great experience overall. Everything was very clean and felt very welcoming from the moment we pulled up and entered the home. Would stay again.
