Freshly renovated 1-bedroom in a quiet small-town neighborhood. Everything feels like new with updated flooring, paint, and furniture. Perfect for 1–2 mature guests looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful stay close to Miami University, I-70, and the Preble County Fairgrounds.
