Perfect set up for our crew; were in Boston from CA to celebrate a graduate. Home was centrally located to all of our festivities and worked out great.

I would definitely recommend this rental, it was close to the areas we wanted to visit, it was extremely clean and very cozy. It was easy to reach Lauren and any questions we had were answered quickly. Easy check in and check out, overall a wonderful experience and I would book this place again.

Haochi was understanding and was easy to communicate with. Very proactive when he was going to be out of touch for a little bit.

Minh took the time to decorate for the holidays. She was very responsive. Her place was Spotless! There were plenty of places to relax.

First time ever renting on this app and Jim was a great host was even willing to drive over an hour to turn a light off that was behind the wall…which I didn’t allow I just bought some eye covers for at night! The house was clean felt like home the house in my eyes is older style yet I LOVED IT and he also welcomed my four fur babies with no hesitation my fur babies loved it I only used one bed and that was the twin bed beyond comfy! I will be using this home everytime I go back up to Massachusetts to my mom’s burial site THANKS AGAIN! Until the next visit don’t hesitate to rent from Jim you won’t regret it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for our family trip to Boston - a short walk to Boston Commons, and close to the T to get anywhere in the city quickly. We loved the historic charm of the house, and the well equipped kitchen made breakfasts easy each morning before we took off on our Freedom Trail adventures. Thanks for a great stay!

If you're looking for a comfy place with a fireplace and a great view, this is it! Really nice place to relax. Bathroom, kitchen, and appliances all up to date. It's a little off the beaten path but still very accessible to the Beachmont T station. It's a quick ride downtown. Owner lives on site and was very helpful. Certainly a much better deal for the money than nearby hotels - and a steal for Boston as a whole.

This place is amazing will definitely rent again

I had my family of four and we wanted to be near the hospital to visit our father-in-law and also went to a Red Sox game at Fenway. I was having a hard time finding a hotel with two beds and decided to look at other options. Found George's place which is more spacious and the same cost as a hotel! We just used an Uber to get around. It was easier than walking.

Lucio’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was super clean and tidy, well stocked and so comfortable. It’s in a cute neighbourhood and we were within walking distance of some wonderful restaurants and public transit. Lucio was incredibly helpful with travel and parking tips making our stay absolutely perfect! We would definitely return next time we’re in the area!

A lovely place to stay in the Salem. Great location that’s very walkable to downtown Salem and all the attractions therein. The apartment is great, with a comfy bed, smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals when not dining out. Host was very helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

Like others' recommendation, Anna is such a warm hearted and knowledgable host. She will always care about you, good at communication while keep certain privacy. She will prepare you coffee and tea and cookie in the morning. Her house is very clean located at beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood with direct bus stop nearby. She help make my BM trip so easy and I will defenitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

My son and I enjoyed our stay at Anna and Samuel’s place very much. She is very friendly and easy to reach if anything is needed (she provided me with iron and ironing board, helped my son fix his oatmeal and coffee every morning). The room and the bathroom are very clean and neat We will definitely go back.

Everything about my stay was exactly as represented in the description on Airbnb. Anna was very attentive and we had a nice chat over coffee before I left in the morning. It was quiet and clean, and in a lovely neighborhood.

Anna has the best Airbnb place in Boston. I feel at home there and she’s provided everything I need during my stay. Plus, West Roxbury and particularly Bellevue street is such a peaceful and safe neighborhood. 100% recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time at Tamara's home in Newton, MA. It was the perfect setting for our family gathering. The kitchen had all the amenities that we needed and then some. There is a wonderful sauna, and she even had a share closet where you can borrow or leave things that you might have forgotten or don't need any longer. What a clever idea! It was really nice to stay in a beautiful neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. And, it is a short drive or an easy T-ride into Boston. I would highly recommend staying at Tamara's.
