We back onto Ongar Park Woods which joins to Epping Forest making a wonderful walk into Epping. It is located 2 miles from Epping and ideally located for people attending weddings at Gaynes Park, Blake Hall and Mulberry House. Epping tube station (central line) is under five minutes drive.

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

Spacious, modern garden annexe

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It is a little house at the bottom of the garden completely separate to the main house with its own private garden. There is one large ensuite bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is also a downstairs toilet. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 4 with small children or 4 adults on a short stay. Please note the winter thermostat temperature is set to 22 degrees.

The Annex

A modern self contained Annex in beautiful epping forest, perfect stay for walkers or attending nearby wedding venues. A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views . If preferred a local taxi ride is just 5 minutes and currently costs around £7.50 or there is also a bus stop nearby.
