The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. Ronald’s: a renovated home in 'Carrodise'

We aim to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Wake up and enjoy a coffee, breakfast in the courtyard and freshen with arguably the best shower! Walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants, the bowlo, as well as shops, post office, public transport, parks and harbour. The home shares a wall with our house and floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. Please also note we are near working silos with original floorboards, so the house can quickly accumulate dust.
