The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. Our apartment has one king sized bed and one twin size daybed in the bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. CableTV, Wifi, a small kitchenette, bath and 2-zone climate control.
