Welcome to Barn Hives. Self-sustainable Eco-luxury pods. Each of our Barn Hives consists of a two story open plan living space. Through the stairs, that are wrapped around the inside of the building, you will be led into the master suite, which with being on the second floor you are greeted to spectacular views. On entry of the Hive, on the first level, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, cosy lounge near a pallet heater for those wintery days and the bathroom/toilet facilities, sun deck with a bbq. The choice for having minimal technology provided is something we care for deeply and is a viewpoint we stand by. We want to leave you feeling connected to the outdoors and away from the hustle and bustle. Because right there, outside of those windows, is where the true beauty lies. The property is unsuitable for children less than 12 years of age. maximum of 2 people (including children).

🌺Blue Haven Beach House - Suite I

A premium oceanfront property 4kms from town offering uninterrupted panoramic ocean views, opposite Esperance's most protected beach - Blue Haven. Suits couples/families/friends. You will wake up to the sun rising, the best views in the world & can nip down the beach for a quick dip. We also have the most amazing bike path opposite our property which is included in the Electric Beam Scooter network & runs all the way from town central to Twilight Beach. It is the perfect holiday destination!

Vermillion Skies - listen to nature sing

Relax, unwind, take in the expansive views of Perth City and Swan Coastal Plain. The property is on the Swan View escarpment, giving sweeping westerly views and captures amazing Sunsets that turn the skies an amazing Vermillion Red. Next door to John Forrest National Park, and don't forget to check out the many hiking and heritage trails. Just a 12 minute drive to the Swan Valley Restaurants and Wineries, and Caversham Wildlife Park. Regrettably children under the age of 12 are not allowed.

The Studio offers secure bike storage, NBN wifi, smart TV and complimentary Netflix for your evening entertainment, or for those seeking a weekend retreat. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Sorrento Beach Retreat

Welcome to our brand-new one bedroom self-contained guesthouse in the heart of Sorrento's Northern Beaches! Completely self-contained downstairs within a large coastal property, discover your private haven with standout features, including an alfresco kitchen, outdoor breakfast bar, day bed, swinging chair and comfy bed – all just steps away from a snorkelling trail at the end of the street. The house is less than 500m from the beach, ensuring a leisurely stroll to the sun and sand.

The Barefoot Nook

A fresh and modern coastal inspired space with large Master Bedroom - 2 walk in robes - Ensuite bathroom & toilet with your own Private lounge area. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

Little Ginger is the perfect romantic couples getaway surrounded by ginger trees and a friendly ginger cat named Simon who sleeps under the ginger trees. A cosy, self-contained & private space with beautiful views of the surrounding trees. The guest suite is adjoined to the back of the main house on the property. Forest Retreat 2 can accommodate two adults and is also pet friendly. Walking and cycling trails through the forest surrounding the Margaret River are at your doorstep, and the centre of town is only a short stroll away.

Dolphin Suite

Amazing handcrafted residence, self-contained, with wood and lead light features. 100metres from pristine, white, sandy beaches and national park. Well-equipped kitchen including upright fridge with freezer, and dining facilities. Comfy lounge area with TV and Apple TV for all extra viewing including Netflix.
