Nekoliko minuta pješke nalazi plaža, marina, pekara, trgovina, autobusna stanica, restorani i slični sadržaji. U istoj kući imamo još jedan apartman za 4 osobe, također na novo renoviran te tako možemo primiti 8 osoba sve ukupno

The elegant, spacious villa rises above the district of Rovinj, Borik. Two-storey authentic house in a private area with its own swimming pool. The villa has 6 bedrooms with large double beds, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, kitchens and sofas. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and 2 more bathrooms in the living rooms. Each bedroom has access to a terrace with stunning sea views. Villa stands on a hill and is surrounded by greenery.

At the entrance to the city in a very quiet environment is our charming stone house surrounded by a large garden where you will have peace and privacy, and in just a few minutes drive you will be on the beach or downtown. One of the great restaurants is nearby. The house is spacious with a large veranda where you will enjoy overlooking the beautiful garden. In the house you have everything that will allow you a pleasant stay.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

House has private parking, private pool, garden surounded with fence, outdoor grill, outdoor dining table. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms,Sat-TV, Playstation, wi-fi, air condition in every room,... Pets are allowed and wellcome, and pet fee is 50e per pet, payable on the spot.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood a ten-minute walk to the beach and a twenty-minute walk to the town. We are close to bike and walking trails. There is a small playground and bakery down the street from and a mini-market next door. Bigger supermarkets are a three-minute drive from the house.
