This bright and spacious basement suite is in central in Vernon close to all amenities, and only 20 minutes to Silverstar! There are Quartz countertops throughout and the cupboards are all loaded with supplies. The living room has a sectional, tv, books, puzzles, and games. In the master there is a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet. There's also a second bedroom & another bathroom! Additionally, there is in-suite laundry, private on site parking, and a shed for extra storage.

Come relax in this beautiful house with a cottage feel on 8 acres. Enjoy lake views from 2 sundecks and private hot tub, walk/snowshoe in a private forest, or cozy evenings inside with blankets and books in the livingroom. Kids have their own entertainment upstairs; Netflix, Wii, and foosball table. This entire house can accommodate up to 6 people with a master bedroom on the main and large open second floor. Serene and peaceful setting. Just 15 minutes to Silver Star Mountain, 15 minutes to the beaches and 5 minutes to town. The suite contains a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area and little patio with beautiful trees as your view. BX Falls and other trails within walking distance. Cambium Cider Co with wood-fired pizzas is only a 3 minute drive and open seasonally from March-October. My family and I live upstairs, so you may hear tiny feet at some point during your stay.
