Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Look for us online: #VillaParadisoPhoenix Enjoy the kitchen space and help yourself to breakfast. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. Our home is surrounded by the beauty of the red rocks with breathtaking veiws. Located in the heart of Sedona, you'll be close to the main strip and awesome trailheads. We have 2 beautiful, comfortable bedrooms, both with queen beds... The kitchen is stocked with organic coffee, tea and granola. The house is on solar. There is a shared laundry room on-site. Only Clara and I use the laundry but you are also welcome to use it. We use green cleaning products, organic linens and no voc paint.

The Urban Green House brings farm life to the urban core. We offer fresh eggs from our backyard hens and gardens for guests to enjoy. We also live green-using solar panels, recycling, and composting. Sarah and Ryan live locally and are available to meet any needs that arise. We are located in a quiet and safe 1950s neighborhood, close to local restaurants, coffee shops, Encanto park, direct access to both the I-10 and I-17 freeways, and only 8 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.
