The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

On the Beach Front 2

Unit is on the ground floor of our home and is strictly 2 guests only. NO CHILDREN Private entrance at the front of the unit. Parking is at the rear of the unit. We live upstairs and do respect your privacy but we are available if need. We do ask you to respect the guests in our other unit and our neighbours and keep noise down at night. Please respect our apartment and the condition you find it in. : NO CHILDREN : NO PETS : NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY : DEFINITELY NO LEAVERS

Small Farm Stay next to Margaret River wine Region

The Bunkhouse is a beautifully renovated and modern 2 Bedroom cottage situated on peaceful 10 acres surrounded by grazing farmland. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.

Located between the town hubs of Dunsborough and Busselton, Siesta park is quiet and a perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle.

Broadwater Nature reserve, 10 minutes to walk to the beach,10 minutes to Busselton CBD by car,and 20 minutes to the Wine Region and popular surf coastline. The house is a comfortable family home with 2 bedrooms available with queen beds, ceiling fans in each room, clothes storage and your linen and towels provided. One bathroom with seperate bath and shower area. Fully self contained kitchen, an Alfresco area lawned back yard and a bbq.
