Het leefgedeelte met open keuken is ruimtelijk en gezellig, wanden afgewerkt met steigerhout. Een 2 pers boxspring en een comfortabele(slaapbank). This pleasantly equipped holiday bungalow is situated in Maarn on the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The house is situated in a quiet location and has a terrace and a large woodland garden. This pretty natural environment offers several possibilities such as uwalks, bike rides and visits to various cities and villages, castles, gardens and museums. Near to the apartment is the Henschotermeer, a natural pond in the middle of hills surrounded by white sandy beaches and green sunbathing area.

De Polderschuur is een zelfstandige woning voor maximaal 2 personen, met alle voorzieningen die u zich kunt wensen. Op de benedenverdieping komt u binnen in de gezellige woonkamer met keuken. In de lichte, stijlvol ingerichte woonkamer is het heerlijk toeven. Ontspan op de grote bank met een goed boek of kijk een film of uw lievelingsprogramma op de tv met uitstekend geluidssysteem en radio. De keuken heeft een koelkast, vaatwasser, combimagnetron, snelkookapparaat en Nespressoapparaat.

The chalet is located inside a vacation park (Proosdij) 900m or 10-15 min walk from the main entrance. Direct access to it is only by boat or bike. This location is for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility. From the houseboat you have a view of a nature-friendly bank that is ecologically managed by the local residents. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.
