It is in walking distance to both public and private hospitals and the TAFE, a longer stroll or short drive to Stocklands Shopping Centre and short drive to the beach and all local attractions and restaurants. There is a bench seat right by the water to enjoy the sunrise and to gaze at the ocean. Fishing off the beach or sand bank is easy. Burrum Heads is awesome for kayaking, jet skiing or boating.

The terraced river bank allows access to a large river flat and deepwater river frontage. Please note that the bank is steep but you are more than welcome to explore.
