Δέκα λεπτά από το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης, τα Φλαμίνγκο κάνουν βόλτες στα ρηχά νερά της λιμνοθάλασσας του Καλοχωρίου. Ερωδιοί, γλάροι, θαλασσαετοί και πάπιες επίσης. Το κόκκινο μονοπάτι, ενδείκνειται για πεζοπορία και ποδηλασία. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς (20 λεπτά από το κέντρο με το λεωφορείο). Είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.
