Our house is a mid-century modern property designed and built in 1970 by a Phoenix Wrightsian architect and fully remodeled in 2015. Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us. This space is quiet and private meaning you will not share the space with others but it is connected to a main house. You have your own private side gate entrance.

It has beautiful mountain views in a quiet neighborhood. This house is only a 5 minute walk to two trailheads (Geronimo & MormonTrailhead) and the popular south mountain biking park and preserve. We are close to the airport, two popular golf courses (Legacy and Raven) lots of food options!

Studio 13 is a modern, cozy, private space nestled in one of Phoenix’s beautiful historic districts, close to freeways, downtown restaurants and museums. You can walk or bike to restaurants. Studio 13 is closed off from the main house where i live for privacy, with a private entrance in the rear. There is a beautiful yard with a relaxing hot tub to enjoy. The Tranquil Desert is located in South Tempe, near the ASU Research Park. The space is a separate, quiet guest suite, with a private entrance. Featuring a gated driveway for parking and a complete self-contained unit, the Tranquil Desert is perfect for business or pleasure. Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only.
