Oak Barn is a luxurious barn conversion with gardens, surrounded by fields on the edge of Lower Peover near Knutsford, Cheshire. The tranquil space sleeps a couple or family comfortably in a large bedroom with shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two pubs and a well stocked village shop are within walking distance and the historic town of Knutsford is a 10 minute drive away. A hamper of breakfast bits is provided incl. eggs, bacon, muesli, bread etc - vegan options available on request.

Hawthorn Cottage - Romantic Getaway with Hot Tub

Step back in time to 1672 with a romantic stay at Hawthorn Cottage. This thatched cottage is a true gem, with its original low beamed ceilings, inglenook fireplace, and cranked staircase. The cottage offers all modern amenities, including private access, underfloor heating, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside you are surrounded by countryside, with an enclosed garden at your disposal and your very own hot tub, which promises to be a relaxing and indulgent experience.

An EV charging point is available on-site for a token fee, but it must be booked in advance.

A short drive away you will find the Cheshire Showground, Arley Hall, Tatton and Dunham Estates and the market town of Knutsford with its many shops, restaurants and bars. This delightful “Guest Studio” is situated just a short 3 minute stroll from the centre of Lymm village, where you will find good restaurants, pubs & bars. The “Guest Studio” is at the end of our garden and therefore separated over 100 yards from our main house. You will have your own separate entrance and there is a guest private parking space immediately outside. The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

Lymm Art Staycation Suite - free parking

The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.

Little House, Altrincham & Manchester, private ent

A cosy garden cottage, with separate entrance, private bathroom, bed nook, kitchen and shared garden. A peaceful space from which explore south Manchester and the city. The cottage has a full sized double bed with lots of pillows and a comfy duvet and electric blanket. A large sofa easily accommodates an extra body if you prefer to sleep separately. We also have a travel cot.
