This incredible 54m2 flat, lovingly constructed by an architect and designer, is a hybrid (almost a penthouse) apartment with a terrace and a small garden on the third floor of a top-tier building. Breakfasts and drinks with friends are an absolute joy on the terrace, surrounded by green plants and a sense of serenity while in the middle of downtown Budapest. We designed the interior and manufactured most of the pieces, creating a unique sense of joie de vivre. A sunny, marvelous home for all.

Kishaz

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

Prime Park Apartment

Its a well equipped quaet peaceful and modern flat close to the Heroe square, Andrassy street, Szechenyi Bath, and museums. These are about 15-minutes of walking. The apartment is next to the Citypark. There is a bus stop in front of the house (20 meters) takes you to the top center. At the corner (50 meters from the flat) there is an automatic bicicle rental. Grocery store, in front. At the Heroe square you have the "Hop On Hop Off" tourbus line main station, and the Millennium Metro Nr.-1

The house was originally a palace and bank house, designed by one of the most well-known architecture in Hungary (Hild Jozsef) in Classicist style. From spring to autumn, you can enjoy Budapest from on one of the largest terrace in the area with flowers and some drinks. The area is central, but quiet and peaceful at night.

Our Danube bend cabin is the perfect place to escape from all that big city hustle and bustle. You can put your feet up in front of the fireplace after a hike in the nearby national park, warm up on our panoramic terrace after a swim down by the natural Danube shore, cook a hearty meal in the kitchen, on the charcoal barbecue, or grill in the nearby firepit. Erdei pihenés Börzsönyligeten Kapcsolódj ki nálunk a Dunakanyar egyik legszebb részén, Kismaros erdős-ligetes területén a Börzsöny lábánál egy csendes kis zsákutcában. Élvezzétek az erdő közelségét és a ház kényelmét. Egész évben válogathattok a számos környékbeli programok közül. Párban, családdal vagy barátokkal Bárhogy is jönnétek, a teljes ház csak a tiétek. You can grill in the garden, play ping pong, watch the stars, go on nice hikes in the area, do sports, hike, kayak, or just enjoy the closeness of nature.
