Mezoneta #1 Limnioni, Farsa village

LOCATION The house is located in the village of Farsa, 10 km from Argostoli and more specifically, on the beautiful Limioni site on the outskirts of the village, sloping down towards the sea. Upon one’s arrival, the first thing that strikes one is the spectacular view. The house is situated on a hillside only 150 meters from the sea, overlooking the crystal blue waters and the gulfs of Lixouri and Argostoli. Geographically, Farsa is located strategically in the centre of the island, this being convenient for excursions to the beaches and many worthwhile attractions of the island. Thus, the visitor travels almost equal distances to all destinations:- Lixouri: 23 km / Sami: 28 km / Myrtos: 22 km / Fiskardo: 42 km / Skala: 42 km The house and its picturesque location ensure that your stay will be away from the hustle and bustle of the island’s capital yet, at the same time near enough to Argostoli and the social life of the island should you prefer. There is easy and direct access to the beach – a mere 150 meters walk to the rocky bay of Limioni and a 3-minute drive to the main beach of the village, Ligia. The “old village” of Farsa with it’s pre-seismic ruins, and breathtaking views is an outdoor history museum, being one of the better-preserved old villages on the island with a long sea-faring tradition and tales of piracy. A hike through the old village of Farsa may take two to three hours and you will get a taste of the old “pre-seismic” Kefalonia. It is said that it was here that Louis de Bernieres was inspired to write his famous novel, “Captain Corelli’s Mandolin”. THE HOUSE The house is a double-storey of 80 sq.m. and has a large, 27sq.m. private patio with panoramic views of Lixouri and Argostoli and direct access to the garden. The house comprises a ground floor living room with open-plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom with shower, and closet. An internal staircase leads upstairs which consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds. Should one wish to use the two sleeper couches located in the living room, up to 6 persons can be accommodated. The house is ideal for families or groups of youths. It is fully furnished and equipped featuring: a kitchen with necessary utensils and household appliances; TV; Patio with pergola; Direct access to the garden; Air conditioning; Shared laundry facilities and Parking. THE HOSTS The hosts, my parents Dennis and Mary Papanikolatos and Dolly, a lovely and incredibly friendly dog, will be at your disposal for anything you need, always willing to help. We aim to make your stay so pleasant that you will want to return. We would like to welcome you and it will give us much pleasure to extend to you warm, genuine Greek hospitality. A special brochure, with information and suggestions for excursions, beaches and fine dining, designed and compiled by us with love and care, will be supplied to you on your arrival.

Unique Cottage

Our beautiful cottage is located in the main road from Argostóli to Poros, and only 20 minutes from Argostoli, the islands capital. Some of the highlights include the lovely/large patio and garden, private parking space, wood/brick oven, barbecue, treehouse, hammock and incredible view for your ultimate relaxation. The nearest beach is Lourdas beach (6-7 minutes by car). Everyone is welcome to stay at our home and we look forward to hearing from you! :) P.S. There are cats in the garden 🐈

Vivian's Studio - Endless View

Experience the enchanting ambiance of Vivian's Studio - Endless View, a charming studio nestled in the heart of Sarlata, a quaint traditional village adjacent to Svoronata on the sun-kissed southern side of Kefalonia. Just a short 12-minute drive from Argostoli, the capital, and conveniently located approximately 2 km the Airport, this hidden gem offers a serene retreat. Many magnificent beaches just moments away are located from our place, like Avythos, Ai Xelis and Makris Gialos.

Villa Sensi

The boutique villa Sensi close to Lepeda beach, (20 meters walk), outside Lixouri (2 km away) is opening in July 2023. It is absolutely new and modern, comfortable, luxurious, not missing anything, promising journeys in the world of sensations. (as sensi means sensations in Italian). Sensi is a gorgeous villa of 180 sqm in two levels communicated with indoors and outdoors stairs. It is set in an olive grove (hence its logo) in a estate of 23.000 sqm with direct access to the beach!

Welcome to Villa Menda, your perfect getaway in the heart of Kaligata, Kefalonia. Named after the Greek word for mint, Villa Menda promises a refreshing and rejuvenating retreat. This elegant villa features a master bedroom and a spacious bathroom, complemented by a comfortable living room and a fully-equipped kitchen area. The living room's sofa easily converts into a double bed, making it ideal for families of four (2 adults and 2 children) or couples seeking a romantic escape.

Euphoria Traditional house

Stefanos and Loukia are the owners of a traditional house named "Euphoria". We welcome you join them and take part in their daily village life. The house is traditional located on the southern slopes of mt. Ainos in Mousata village 200m above sea level. Around sandy beaches ideal for families with small children. A cozy Kefalonian house with modern amenities comprising of 2 bedrooms, a loft, one bathroom, an external W.C. an open plan kitchen(fully equipped) and longue/diner .

Deluxe Double Studio - Villa Mare Studios

The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.

Luxury Restored Stone Villa Nemus

Villa Nemus is an open plan villa with incredible rural surroundings close to beaches with sea view. Villa Nemus is a recently converted 19th century stone house on the north tip of Kefalonia near Fiscardo (4km). Inside the open plan and spacious villa, guests feel at once 'at home' with everything you might need to feel perfectly comfortable. It is an open plan space, there are no seperate bedrooms.

Levanda Studio is located just outside of the port town of Sami, one of the main towns and summer transport hubs of Kefalonia, making it an ideal base for exploring our beautiful island. The studio, situated in a quiet property off of Sami's main road surrounded by nature but just minutes from the centre of town, offers you all the comfort and facilities you deserve during your vacation.

Renovated in 2019 and ready to offer you the incredible view of Argostoli's bay. Next to our studio you can find restaurants, stores, bars, super/mini markets and much more. Perfect spot to feel the island's vibe!
