Charming property in the idyllic village of Dračevica in the heart of Brač. Centrally located, you can reach picturesque beaches, quiet bays and towns within minutes – while still enjoying peace and tranquility. From Split, regular ferries run almost every hour to Brač (approx. 50 min) – a short journey into another world. Spring, summer and autumn offer ideal conditions for days at the crystal-clear sea, sports, nature experiences and authentic island life with culinary discoveries.

Maison Laurel, stone luxury villa near Split

Few centuries old stone villa located in a picturesque village Gata, on mountain Mosor. Sea is few km away, so it is possible to enjoy both mountain and beach. House is newly renovated, and because of COVID-19, has not been booked before season 2021. In front of the house, there is big yard with private pool, all gated. The outdoor area offers deck chairs, outdoor shower, and outdoor dining area with barbecue. Owner doesn't live on the property.

Our humble establishment offers five apartments featuring the same setup, each 4* apartment is for 4+2 guests, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, balcony, living room with sofa bed and access to pool and private beach. Free use for all guests of covered outside kitchen with BBQ grill and oven as well as covered private parking.
