Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Welcome to our quaint cottage of the Brunswick Islands backcountry! Escape to an inland area that’s tucked away but so close to all the fun! Drive 3 minutes to the Intracoastal waterway or famous Inlet waterfront restaurant. Ocean Pine is only 5 miles from Ocean Isle Beach + public boat/kayak ramps. Hop over to Holden/Sunset beach. North Myrtle is only 40 minutes away! Shallotte, NC is an inland beach town that invites your family + pets to enjoy the coastal experience, events and vibes.

Cozy Studio near Beaches Pet Friendly

The charming guesthouse is conveniently located within a short distance of beaches, shopping, and food: Sunset Beach (12 miles), Ocean Isle Beach (8 miles), Holden Beach (9.7 miles), and Calabash (13 miles). This 500 sq. ft. newly remodeled guesthouse is designed to provide all the comforts of home. Equipped with a comfy queen bed, sofa, kitchenette (no stove), and clean open space. There is a shared driveway with the property owner who resides in the 75-year-old farmhouse being remodeled.

Walk to the Town Park (right on the intracoastal waterway) which has markets twice a week(seasonal), fishing piers, and boat launch. We've created a cozy, beach-themed getaway nestled in an adorable neighborhood, just a short drive to the ocean. We redid the entire home with all new appliances, flooring, and amenities. It's decorated to help each and every guest feel at home at the beach. The home is within 5 minutes of Sunset Beach. 10 minutes to North Myrtle, Cherry Grove. Both Wilmington and Myrtle Beach are within 40 minutes. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and bars very near the home as well.

No stairs, ground-level are ideal for children, older guests, and pets (pet fee collected separately). Lots of amenities and beach items are provided for your comfort and convenience.

Welcome to Sunset Blessing! Recently renovated, this lovely beach cottage is an easy walk to the beach and just the right size for 6 peeps - 8 max...a young family with the grands, couple friends or colleagues. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with a bathroom between 2 bedrooms to share. The center living area and kitchen is just the right size so no one misses a story! The wide front deck has two seating areas and an under the house porch swing catches the island breeze.
