The house sits atop the old foundation of the house my grandfather built and my father was raised in. Fossils, artifacts, flora, and fauna abundant. Listen to the river and the passing trains from the outside or sleep like a baby inside. It’s insulated soundproof and holds the heat or cool well for your comfort.

The buses are located conveniently off a well maintained gravel road and face beautiful rolling hills with hay and wildflowers in season. Deer frequent the pastures along with a family of foxes and Phil, the groundhog who has chosen it as his home. There are two schoolies if you have more people and need more space.

Despite being in nature, you'll have access to a hot shower, a toilet, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker.
