Nalazi se u prizemlju te ima privatni ulaz. Prostrano dvorište je idealno za druženje dok uživate u zalascima sunca u jacuzzi-ju i promatrate najmlađe članove dok slobodno uživaju u igri u dvorištu. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

This villa is located directly on the beach. The house consists of 5 bedrooms, living room with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bathrooms, roof terrace with jacuzzi for five person, sauna and gym. All rooms are air-conditioned and two rooms have a private bathroom. The house has a small tennis court, a football field and children playground.Our guests have private parking, free WiFi and barbecue. All contents are private.

GT is spacious top floor apartment, with 2 private rooftop terraces, featuring outdoor Jacuzzi. There are 2 en suite bedrooms, kitchen,dinning/living area with a fireplace.
