The Burrows, coastal luxury with incredible views

Welcome to The Burrows, a 1860's stone cottage we have sensitively reimagined & restored, opening it up to take in the ever changing view over Freycinet peninsula. A large living space is the heart of the home with a wood fire at one end, feather sofa, armchairs and a custom made window seat overlooking Great Oyster Bay. Both bedrooms have amazing views over the water & our intimate bath house with clawfoot bath & french doors is the perfect place to watch the sunset reflected over the Hazards

The Stand Alone

The Stand Alone is an intimate, earthy retreat made for 2 Our cabin is a sanctuary where forest meets the sea, a quiet place for communion and reconnection with nature. Amid the salty air and birdsong, our bed looks to the trees and a deep bath with unlimited hot water. Humble living in luxury, the wood stove keeps things cozy and Belgian cushions are perfect for sprawling out in the evenings. Located in sleepy Lufra Cove, a magical corner of Eaglehawk Neck. Happy Valley Pavilions Spring Beach

Recently renovated with expansive decking spaces offering a beautiful oasis. Within a bush setting on Happy Valley Road, this architecturally designed ‘shack’ consists of 2 compact eco pavilions joined by a covered deck. There is a bush track directly to the beautiful Spring Beach - around 5-10 minutes to walk. There are two more dwellings close by, but trees, bushes and clever design offer complete privacy. Approx 6 minutes drive (4km) from Orford centre (and the closest shops/cafe's etc).

Prosser River Retreat

Located on the water front of Prosser River you will find this breath taking retreat. Sit back and relax in this self contained home with modern amenities. Enjoy your days/evenings on the deck with a bbq over looking the river or by the water down at the fire pit. Only minutes walk to local beaches, cafes and restaurants and a short drive to many of the local attractions the east coast has to offer. Perfect for couples and families, it sleeps up to eight guests. It’s a fully self-contained house giving you everything you need for that perfect beach getaway. Minutes’ drive from Orford, and less than two hours’ drive to Freycinet National Park, with plenty of beautiful scenery and wineries along the way.

Tawny is a custom built Tiny House, whose name is inspired by the elusive Tawny Frogmouth who live in the area. Spring Beach Cottage

Private cottage 100 metres from the white sand of Spring Beach, on a large block in a bush setting with beautiful views of the beach, Maria Island and the Triabunna lighthouse. Birds are in abundance and there is also a resident echidna. There is a surcharge of $30 for one night only bookings. ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO CHARITY (tariffs less out of pocket expenses, see receipts in visitors' book)

The Stable at Twamley Farm

A unique 1840s converted stable located in the grounds of Twamley Farm homestead. The Stable is a beautifully renovated two storey sandstone building overlooking the hills of Twamley Farm and nestled under English oaks. The Stable features your own private outdoor cedar hot tub. The traditional wood fired hot tub offers blissful, therapeutic soaking in the beautiful surrounds of Twamley Farm.
