Land in a 🌳 tranquil room surrounded by a mini-forest. Unwind, relax, heal, and ground yourself in an 🪶earthy and light-filled house that's just minutes to all the things. The house is about 10 min. from all the private schools and close to Hartford businesses and minutes to all the awesomeness in Avon, Canton, Farmington, and Simsbury. Note: both a CAT and two dogs live here. Another note: we set up the air conditioner in the summer months, typically in the first few weeks of June.

Charming & Cozy

Charmin & cozy is a private room on the 2nd floor of my home where I live. This room is for 2 persons. NO SHOES that is worn outside is worn in the house, leave your shoe on the stand as you enter, a house slipper is fine, The No 2 Door is the bathroom, No 3 Door is the bedroom. The bathroom is very roomy. It's a shared bath. It is kept very clean and there are cleaning products in the cupboard. I have lived here for over 15 years, I never had any issues going out or coming home.
