Our island cottage is perfectly placed under a canopy of magnificent live oaks, about 300 steps away from the ocean. Nestled on a quiet beach access street, central to all the best attractions, shopping and eateries on Oak Island; close to attractions in Southport. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Southport's Canary Cottage is a newly renovated southern, cottage located in a small, historic town along the Cape Fear River! Canary Cottage is located 1 mile from Southport, 2 minutes from the ferry's at Deep Point Marina & 20 minutes to the Oak Island beaches! While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

Oak Island Oceanfront 2BR Condo

Enjoy a perfect oceanfront family getaway on Oak Island's West Beach. This 1st level unit of our beach house has separate entrance, two bedrooms, one bathroom, and sleeps six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, full size fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The home is also on a public golf course. Beautiful views any time of day of the 7th fairway. The suite has a loft that can sleep 2 adults. New this season, a private bedroom with a queen bed.

Enjoy strolls through town or walks to the waterfront or minutes drive from oak island for a sandy beach afternoon. Also minutes away from Southport car ferry for a great day trip to Fort Fisher Aquirium and state park or catch the ferry to bald head and ride bikes or rent a golf cart for the day of discovery, golfing or beaches.
