El apartamento: Moderno, elegante y muy luminoso, el apartamento Gaudir está ubicado en una finca residencial especialmente indicada para familias y grupos de adultos de más de 30 años. Entrando en el apartamento tendrás una visión completamente despejada del salón comedor y la cocina, caracterizados por una cuidada decoración que transmite en seguida una agradable sensación de hogar. El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Prohibido invitar personas al apartamento que no hayan sido previamente identificadas en el check-in. El número de ocupantes tiene que coincidir con lo contratado en la reserva de AIRBNB. You have a lovely terrace with a table and chairs where relax taking a drink or breakfast, wifi, cable TV...and all the details you can imagine, like first-aid kit, sewing kit, trolley for going shopping, high chair, cot, an office table, rain shower, air conditioned and heating, dishwasher, washer, dryer, several coffee machines...anything you need for a long or short stay. This is a luxury neighborhood, with all you need steps away, several supermarkets, restaurants (the amazing cooking school across the street!!), local market, shopping mall, and tons of children playgrounds (one in the same building private garden), the beach is just there!! In the apartment street itself, C. Provençals, you have an underground (Metro) stop only 3 blocks away. Station name "Selva de Mar" line 4 (yellow). This is 5-7 minutes walking to the station. In example to go to the cathedral from the apartment by underground it takes only 10-to-15 minutes ( 7 stops: Selva de Mar- Jaume I). The public transport system in Barcelona is at the highest level in Europe. You can buy a “T-10” transport card for less than 10 euros valid for 10 travels for both bus or underground (not valid for Airport "airbus" shuffle to city) at any underground station. There are automatic machines that sell them in all stations. Otherwise a single ticket's cost is 2€ so it's really worth buying the card, that you can share (it's not individual). Also bus stops only 50m away, and the access by car to “ronda litoral” which is the internal “motorway” that goes underground in the city center is only 100m distance. Also you have three touristic “hop on – hop off” bus stops between only 50-100m away! For transport from the airport you can take a taxi which is fast and affordable. Probably around 35-40€ depending on traffic. Should not take more than 35-40 minutes from airport to the apartment.
