Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Located 9 minutes from downtown with amazing shops, dining and museums. Three large bedrooms, two baths with a relaxing soaker tub. Not to mention balconies off the master bedroom and living room. The forest behind here will give you that seclusion feel, along with turtles, fish, and incredible bird life.
