Welcome to Paseo Mateo! My name is John and I own and operate this charming San Clemente vacation rental. Paseo Mateo consists of 3 separate apartments and I live in one and rent the other 2. Please check each listing to see which place best fits your needs. Ask about combining rentals if you have a larger group. My place can become available if you need the entire place. The location is perfect to enjoy of all of San Clemente’s best beaches, trails, restaurants, shops, golf courses, etc.

Spanish Beach Casa by the Sea San Clemente Parking

Very Private Apt with yard located two blocks from downtown where all the restaurants and retail stores. Only five blocks down the hill to the pier and only blocks from a local grocery stores, and all restaurants downtown SC . The beaches are fantastic , the golf courses are located on either side of town there’s three to pick from! Plenty of other places to visit like Laguna Beach in Dana point , the coastline is like the south of France in this location with a touch of Spanish Ole Hanson !

It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.
