Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Our tiny yet fully appointed kitchen has everything to prepare meals or simply warm them up. Custom-built furniture and lots of color make this one of the more unique rentals in the area. If we wouldn’t use it, we don’t include it. Stay for a night or a week. We’re confident you’ll find everything you need.

Entire lakefront cabin is perfect for hunters, smaller family/friend gatherings or a romantic getaway. Warm and cozy during the winter with great views of the water with unforgettable sunsets in the summer months. Enjoy watching pelicans, ducks, geese and hearing the cackle of pheasants nearby. The Windmill House

The Windmill House is located in Clark, SD. The kitchen is fully furnished, towels and bedding provided, washer and dryer available if needed. Sleeping arrangements include a king, twin, full, and hide-a-bed. Extra amenities include WiFi, Roku TV, games, outdoor grill, and a shed set up for fish/game cleaning. Clark has one of the largest public pools in the state, a 9 hole golf course, several excellent dining options, and some of the best fishing and hunting in SD.
