Hafkey Cabin Escape 1 near Yosemite National Park

Our family cabin is located in the small historic town of Raymond in the heart of the Sierra foothills, 39.2 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. The newly built cabin features modern conveniences with a rustic feel.  Experience breathtaking views, beautiful sunsets, hiking, a seasonal creek, an abundance of wildlife, and incredible rock formations to explore.  Up to 2 horses are welcome in our 2 corrals. Located 4.2 miles to Bass Lake, 23 miles to Yosemite South Gate Entrance (Mariposa Grove) or 90 minutes to Yosemite Valley. Amenities include stocked kitchen with Keurig, queen bed, sofa bed, and small sleeping loft w/queen mattress. We offer a warm fireside in the winter and in the spring a wild flora extravaganza. You’ll love this place because of the outdoor space and the comfy cozy cabin. The retreat is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). ACTIVITIES INCLUDE: nature walks, interactions with our animals, birdwatching, star gazing, camp fires and in the spring a wild flora extravaganza. These activities are suited for all age groups.

A Short Suite Retreat

Cozy tiny home, just 3 miles North of Oakhurst on Highway 49. A 30 minute drive to the South Gate (Hwy 41 )of Yosemite. Easy access to North entrance from the home as well. We are centrally located to access Yosemite National Park through entrance. Bass lake is 10 min away from the home. They offer boat rentals and jet ski's for a day on the lake. Many sights and hikes to visit in and outside of the park. (Self Check in any time after 4 no cut off time)
