Tallinn Residences are two identical new detached private houses in a beutiful quiet green area located just 6 kilometres from city centre of Tallinn. We have our own new private outdoor tennis court. If it's raining you can play @Peetri indoor tennis centre only 100m from us. We are easily reachable from Tallinn Airport. Each room of the house has an individually adjustable heating system and a central ventilation system. The houses are equipped with all necessary equipment to enjoy your stay!

4 km to the Downtown of Tallinn, 5 km to the Old Town, 2 km to the Airport, 6 km to the harbour, 8 km. to beautiful sandy beach Pirita, 2,5 km to biggest shopping center in town, big grocery store 0,8 km. Possibility to reserve 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people. No smoking inside. Sauna and organic morning coffee for extra charges. Free use of kitchen. Modern and warm, air-conditioned 20 m2 holiday home, 27 km from Tallinn. The holiday home is located in the middle of the woods, near a pond with clean water where you can swim. In front of the house is a 25 m2 terrace and a wood-burning sauna with a panoramic view. Hot tub for an additional fee. TV, wifi, shower, toilet, kitchen with accessories and crockery, capsule coffee machine, bed linen, charcoal grill with accessories. Suitable for vacation, home office, romance or nature trips.

Veskitaguse puhkemaja

Selles madalate lagedega majas saad puhata kogu perega. NB! Lärmakad peod on rangelt keelatud!! Lisatasu eest on võimalik rentida saun (50€ päev). Kümblustünn samuti lisatasu eest (60€ päev). Kümbustünni puhul on vajalik 24h ette öelda, kui on soov kasutada! Trepil on nii üleval kui ka all korrusel turvaväravad. Terrassil grill, süsi palume endal kaasa võtta! Pererahvas elab samas hoovis, umbes 50m kaugusel! Palume öörahust kinni pidada! Öörahu 23:00-8:00!

Pokemajad asub Sõmerus. Kohapeal on privaatne bassein. Majutusasutusel on terrass ja tasuta eraparkla. Puhkemajal on ka vabas õhus paiknevad istumiskohad. Puhkemajas on 1 magamistuba, köök koos külmkapi ja kõige muu vajalikuga ning 1 dušiga vannituba. Puhkemajas on ka rätikud ja voodipesu. Puhkemajal on eraldi saunamaja.
